Caroline Heese
Area Director
Caroline is originally from Richmond, VA. She is a graduate of James Madison University, go Dukes! She has been on Young Life staff since 2015 and serving as Area Director in the Western Philadelphia Suburbs since August 2021. She is a Young Life leader at Radnor HS and has enjoyed getting connected in the community!
Jake Bado
Staff Associate
Jake is from originally from Carlisle, PA. He graduated from Purdue University in the spring of 2024. He is excited to start his journey in full time ministry as a Staff Associate in the Western Philadelphia Suburbs. He is a leader at Conestoga High School and leads a freshman guys small group at Villanova.
Jessica Jackson
Admin
Jessica is originally from Havertown, PA and is a graduate of Delaware County Christian School and West Chester University. Jessica lives in Philadelphia with her husband and two children. She is excited to be able to serve the area where she grew up as the admin for Young Life!
Autumn Croy
Student Staff
Autumn is originally from Honey Brook, PA and attends Eastern University. She will graduate at the end of 2024 with a bachelor’s in Journalism and Digital Media Communication! Autumn has been a volunteer leader with YoungLife since spring of 2022 and has been on student staff since January of 2024. She has loved the relationships she has made in the communities she is a part of and getting to lead high schoolers at Haverford High School!
Nannette Ballbach
Committee Chair
Nanette grew up in a Young Life home in Connecticut, where her parents were volunteer leaders. Young Life has always played a role in her life. She currently serves on the Young Life Board of Trustees. Nanette lives in Bryn Mawr with her husband, John, dog Bella and has four adult children.
